-Glutatione ed enzimi antiossidanti nel controllo delle specie reattive dell'ossigeno e dell'azoto e loro alterazioni nelle patologie redox-correlate (cancro, degenerazione, diabete di tipo 2, aterosclerosi);
-Metabolismo dell'ossido nitrico e regolazione dell'ossido nitrico sintasi;
-Interazione tra segnalazione redox e fosforilativa nel cancro, morte cellulare neuronale e infezioni virali;
-Vie di trasduzione del segnale redox nei processi cellulari (proliferazione, differenziamento, autofagia, apoptosi);
-Controllo della funzione mitocondriale e del turnover (biogenesi/mitofagia);
-Metabolismo deregolato (lipidi, aminoacidi, glucosio) delle cellule cancerose;
-Impatto di nutrienti e nutraceutici (polifenoli e composti organosolforati) sull'omeostasi redox, sull'epigenetica e sul metabolismo ossidativo cellulare.
