ATTIVITÀ DI RICERCA
La mia ricerca si concentra sugli studi strutturali di macromolecole biologiche utilizzando la bioinformatica e gli studi spettroscopici, in particolare la spettroscopia NMR. Ho condotto studi su proteine, peptidi, DNA e biomolecole vegetali. Attualmente mi occupo di peptidi antimicrobici, antitumorali e immunogenici. La mia esperienza include la spettroscopia NMR di proteine, peptidi e DNA, spettroscopia CD, bioinformatica strutturale (analisi di sequenza, modellazione omologica, docking, elettrostatica) e programmazione Python.
