Docente di management pubblico e non profit, sanitario e della cultura in numerosi Master, è specializzata nella gestione delle FAD (è Coordinatore elearning del Master MIMAP dal 2008).
Entrata in università dopo esperienze lavorative (Istat (2 anni), SWISS REHA, Fiaso, Formez, Anci,..), ha coordinato/partecipato a numerosi progetti di ricerca (Network pubblici, Centrali acquisti, Piani di Rientro, Autonomia Differenziata, Gestione per competenze, Valutazione impatto Eventi con modelli di simulazione System Dynamics,..).
Ha all’attivo: 4 libri, 5 curatele, 54 contributi a libri; 16 articoli, 44 paper; numerosi progetti innovativi di sviluppo territoriale realizzati (Terza Missione).
